- Solvency Analysis and Distressed Company Valuation, including going-concern business enterprise value, creditor class valuation and equity valuation, market and liquidation value of tangible and intangible assets, solvency analysis, research and analysis for companies in all stages of financial distress, including pre-filing and reorganization.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution, relating to shareholder and contract disputes, diminution of value and patent infringement claims, damage calculations, business and asset values for insurance claims, and expert witness services.
