Adrian is a seasoned practitioner leading large complex business transformation efforts and technology programs. He has over 20 years driving change in large, middle market and start-up organizations. Adrian has worked across multiple industries assisting clients with expanding top line growth and or improving margins through improved cost containment. His project work includes post-merger integration, SGA restructuring, ERP, CRM, Voice of Customer and Corporate Strategy efforts. Adrian’s industry experience includes Healthcare, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and the Public Sector.
Prior to joining Huron, Adrian was an executive at Hospital Corporation of America driving various strategic initiatives including the commercialization and launch of a new fully backed venture. He also launched a multi-year effort to overhaul the customer experience at Nissan North America. Prior to working in industry, Adrian worked at Deloitte and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on assisting clients through significant transformation efforts and technology implementations / integrations.
