Aisaku is a senior strategy consultant who helps Fortune 500 leadership teams develop growth strategies and take advantage of emerging technologies to overcome industry disruption.
Aisaku is a leader at Innosight, Huron’s strategy and innovation business. He brings a depth of research and development (R&D) and strategy expertise to his work guiding organizations to define their long-term vision, identify revenue-driving opportunities and build new business models.
Aisaku has experience advising Fortune 500 organizations across a range of industries, including industrials and manufacturing, telecommunications, life sciences and financial services. Over the course of his career he has:
- Led leaders through disruptive threat assessments to gauge the impact new technologies will have on their core business.
- Advised organizations on ways to prepare for the future by building R&D competencies and external investment capabilities.
- Guided leadership teams through the creation of new digital businesses to drive process improvement, strengthen the customer experience and target new audiences.
Prior to joining Innosight, Aisaku worked for a Seattle-area web startup focused on developing virtual economies, primarily creating marketing strategies and managing software development tasks. He has also worked part time on early-stage business planning and technical development of a prototype electric vehicle.
Aisaku graduated with a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Olin College of Engineering and a master’s degree in management from Babson College. He holds a design patent for a device that improves the accessibility of multifunctional printers for people who are blind.
