Dan advises clients on corporate turnarounds and restructurings, lender workout situations, transaction advisory services (TAS) and raising capital. He has significant experience managing large bankruptcy cases and related matters. His operational expertise spans the areas of strategic planning, investment analysis, operational process, and identifying cost improvements.
Prior to joining Huron as a founding member in 2002, Dan was in Arthur Andersen’s Corporate Restructuring practice. Prior to that, Dan was involved in the Zenith Electronics Corporation turnaround and bankruptcy as the Director of Planning and Analysis. He also held various financial positions with the Tenneco Inc. organization and began his career with KPMG, LLP in the audit practice.
