About Debbie

Debbie collaborates with healthcare organizations to empower employees and transform the patient experience. She takes pride in helping organizations engage their patients and provide the best care possible.

Throughout her career Debbie has:

  • Helped increase patient experience scores for an orthopedic unit from the 20th percentile to the 99th percentile within four months and developed the process to maintain the 99th percentile ranking for over a year.
  • Developed the first Primary Certified Stroke Center in central Florida by creating a centralized protocol utilized by emergency medical services in five neighboring counties.

Prior to her time at Huron, Debbie held multiple nurse leadership positions, from assistant nurse manager to chief nursing officer.
