Diane brings over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, as a clinician, nursing leader and consultant developing and implementing performance improvement strategic change in the areas of resource management, clinical delivery transformation, clinical variation reduction, perioperative nursing, supply chain and physician engagement. With over 14 years of consulting experience, Diane is a leader in our Performance Improvement solution.
Diane has overseen and managed many healthcare performance improvement assessments and implementation engagements across the continuum in prestigious academic medical centers, children and pediatric facilities, large IDNs and community hospitals. She has led a range of operational and cost reduction engagements to reduce expense, improve clinical and supply chain processes and transform clinical care delivery through improvements in patient flow, interdisciplinary rounding, governance, discharge planning, reduction in LOS, Periop and ED operations and clinical variation reduction.
