Greg has over 30 years of investment banking and consulting experience advising organizations in multiple areas, including on business strategy and transformation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital raising, whether debt or equity. He has advised on and executed situations representing in excess of $100 billion of economic value.
Greg leads Huron’s investment banking business, where he applies his deep functional expertise in strategy development, corporate finance analysis, buy- and sell-side M&A, corporate divestitures, leveraged buyouts, spinoffs and carve-outs. He also supports clients through synergy analysis, takeover defense, joint ventures, pre-distressed and distressed situations, governance and control issues, and debt and equity capital raising.
He has served clients in a range of industries, with a concentration in healthcare and life sciences, including inpatient and outpatient provider care, payors, disease management, distribution, healthcare information technology, medical devices, and large and specialty pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.
Prior to joining Huron, Greg was the group head of EY’s healthcare investment banking practice. Before that, Greg spent 16 years with Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney and four years with CIT Group, where he was a founding member of the healthcare M&A and leveraged finance group. He also spent two years with RBC Capital Markets’ healthcare investment banking group.
