Greg has nearly 30 years of investment banking and consulting experience across a spectrum of areas, including business strategy development, mergers and acquisitions advisory and capital raises of various forms: public and private equity, convertibles, high yield, fixed income and leveraged loans. Greg has advised on and executed over a 100 transactions with over $100 billion of deal value.
Greg was previously the Group Head of EY’s U.S. Healthcare Investment Banking Practice. Prior to joining EY, Greg spent two years with RBC Capital Markets Healthcare Investment Banking and four years with CIT Group, where he was a founding member of the Healthcare M&A and Leveraged Finance Group. Greg started his career with Citigroup / Salomon Smith Barney, where he was a banker for 16 years.
