Jeff has spent more than 20 years helping organizations invest in and optimize technology to elevate the customer and employee experience. He advises leadership teams across industries through all aspects of successful digital transformation.
Jeff has a proven track record of building go-to-market strategies around software-as-a-service (SaaS) technologies, with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation systems. He is a Salesforce subject matter expert who helps leaders maximize the results of their technology investments.
Prior to joining Huron, Jeff held a number of C-level and executive roles in technology consulting and implementation firms. Most recently he was the vice president of client engagement for Atrium, a consulting firm focused on analytics and artificial intelligence. Before that, he was chief revenue officer and regional vice president of sales at MTX Group. He has also served as general manager of the manufacturing vertical at Appirio.
