Transformation must be viewed in the scope of an individual organization’s needs. It may mean addressing foundational barriers or seeking entirely new ways of interacting in the market.”
Jess brings a diverse set of skills and experience to her work helping healthcare organizations transform their operations and optimize financial performance. In her 10 years with Huron, she has led performance improvement efforts across healthcare operational areas, working with leaders to build solutions that consider people, technology and process to effectively transform organizations to meet the increasingly complex needs of the healthcare industry.
Throughout her career, Jess has provided strategic and programmatic leadership for operational improvement projects for health systems ranging from $40 million to over $6 billion in net patient revenue. This work has resulted in millions of dollars in revenue enhancement and cost savings through improvements in labor productivity, clinical efficiency, human resources benefits and compensation, purchased services contracting and utilization, supply chain management, and revenue cycle management.
