She has more than 15 years of leadership, healthcare and energy industry experience, and has worked with over 30 organizations to address issues including change management, people and leadership development, business optimization, and financial revenue cycle improvement.

Kristie specializes in collaborating with C-suite leaders, directors and managers to implement change management principles, leadership evaluation systems, service excellence programs, accountability tools and revenue cycle optimization systems. She has a background in human resources and people development that she applies to help organizations bridge communication and relationship gaps, increase employee engagement and reduce turnover.
Through her career, Kristie has created leadership development curriculum, mentorship programs and speaking workshops that have served thousands of employees and leaders.
Outside of work, Kristie is active in her community, providing consultation and mentorship to drive organizational development for nonprofit organizations such as Gulf Coast Kid’s House and Powerful Women of Gulf Coast as well as the Mayor for the City of Pensacola. She also serves on the board of directors for the Gulf Coast Kid’s House, Favor House, Ronald McDonald House Charities and YMCA of Northwest Florida.
