Lisa has more than three decades of healthcare industry experience that she brings to her coaching role. She specializes in working with healthcare leaders to create cultures that promote accountability, foster innovation, deliver a strong patient experience and improve care quality.
Throughout her career, Lisa has become a trusted adviser to executive leadership teams and board of trustees, collaborating with them to align their strategic goals and increase accountability. She has held both chief operating officer and chief nursing executive roles, and has been accountable for strategic planning, quality and risk; patient care services; interprofessional practice; and workforce management. She specializes in helping organizations transform patient care, from enhancing compliance to developing care management strategies that have resolved much of a $24 million deficit, without bed closures or service reductions.
Lisa is a member of multiple industry organizations, including the Canadian College of Health Leaders, the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario and the Ontario College of Nurses.
