Marc is a consumer products expert who specializes in working with leaders to strengthen their financial and operational performance. He advises retailers as well as private equity firms and hedge funds on ways to optimize investments, grow margins and drive sales.
Marc has deep expertise guiding consumer products organizations through strategic planning and forecasting, cash flow modeling, expense management, investor relations, and reporting. He focuses on helping leadership teams identify and proactively address complex challenges to support long-term revenue growth.
Prior to joining Huron, Marc served as the head of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for two private equity-owned specialty apparel retailers. He previously served as chief financial officer for the apparel and home business units for a multibillion-dollar mass department store retailer, where he provided strategic support to several business unit presidents and oversaw teams responsible for $10 billion in annual revenue.
