Mark has 20+ years of business process improvement and change management expertise across multiple areas of pharmaceutical R&D. He works to improve processes and assures lasting change in clients and employers from the largest pharmacos to small biotech start-ups.
In Mark’s role as Head of Development Consulting for Huron, he manages a team of Life Sciences consulting professionals. Mark works with his team and the company management to establish the strategic direction of the team and support the development of offerings which are based in the deep experience and capabilities of the individuals within it. These offerings focus on benefit-risk in the development life cycle and include risk management strategy and the design, development and implementation of risk minimization tools including innovating into the digital space.
Prior to joining Huron, Mark was Head of the EU process and change management team at Foresight group (now IQVIA) where he supported engagement, change management and process design / configuration activities for large safety system implementations. Mark previously worked in WCI (now Navitas) in a range of consulting roles and before that was Director-level in the Pharma industry in a range of largely clinical development and change management roles for GSK and it’s preceding companies.
