Martin has spent over a decade at the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare. He helps his clients leverage customer relationship and analytics systems to support the entire patient journey, elevate care delivery and bring to life the seamless patient experience of the future.
For over a decade, Martin has helped healthcare systems achieve digital transformation and deliver patient-centered care at scale. Having served as the director of patient services at one of the fastest-growing orthopedic spine surgery practices in the country, he lends his clients a patient-centric perspective that is grounded in real-world experience and passion.
Martin specializes in helping his clients build integrated care management platforms that support the entire patient journey — from the first time a potential patient visits a website to their onboarding and onward through the management of their care plan or the completion of their procedure. Leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, patient engagement, and workflow automations and integrations, Martin helps healthcare systems transform manual and siloed processes to unlock efficiency; bring to light important member data based on claims, medical history, provider networks, and prescriptions and gaps in care; and elevate the quality of patient care.
Before joining Huron, Martin served as a senior director at EMS Consulting. He also spent over three years as senior director of patient services at BioSpine Institute, where he led a comprehensive digital transformation across all functional areas, including clinical, revenue cycle, patient education and perioperative services.
Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Florida State University and began his career in the audit practice of a Big Four firm. He is also a Salesforce certified administrator (SCA).
