Olivier is an experienced life sciences consultant focused on helping organizations thrive as therapeutics, diagnostics and digital technologies disrupt traditional disease management and patient care. He has advised life sciences organizations on projects spanning numerous therapeutic areas, including oncology and immuno-oncology, neurology, respiratory, autoimmune and rare diseases.
Olivier works closely with cross-functional franchise and product teams to navigate research and development (R&D), business development, commercial, and medical challenges. He collaborates with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, payor and private equity firms to develop corporate, commercial and portfolio strategies; manage go-to-market and product launch planning; and transform consumer and payor engagement.
In recent years, Olivier has increasingly worked with medical affairs, R&D and commercial teams to manage external alliances along the development and commercial continuum. His focus is on aligning cross-functional customer insights and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to empower organizations’ switch from opportunistic to strategic, data-driven external engagement.

- Managed technology assessments and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), licensing and other strategic transactions valued at up to $15 billion.
- Led global cross-functional teams through go-to-market processes including strategic planning, pre-launch market development, revenue forecasts, brand positioning, competitive differentiation, segmentation, messaging and sales force sizing.
Prior to joining Huron, Olivier was a managing director at Bionest Partners, a life sciences consulting firm, where he worked across the U.S. and Europe. He holds masters degrees in management and molecular biology.
