Olivier is a Managing Director in the life sciences practice at Huron. He is based in our New York office and shares his activity between US and Europe. He is particularly interested in the key transformations and innovations impacting the life sciences industry in diseases areas such as oncology, CNS/neurology, inflammation/autoimmune, rare diseases, respiratory and vaccines. His interests also focus on the increasing integration of the therapeutic, diagnostic and digital industries and its ability to disrupt established disease management and patient care principles.
Olivier enjoys partnering with cross-functional franchise or product teams to foster alignment on decision-making related to R&D, BD, commercial and medical challenges. He collaborates with teams from large pharma, leading biotech companies, digital health players and private equity funds. His key areas of focus include early global commercial, corporate development strategy and support to transactions, portfolio/franchise strategy, go to market and product launch planning, customer centric “beyond the pill” strategy, international product commercialization and external engagement strategy for Medical affairs and commercial teams.
Prior to joining Huron, Olivier had over 15 years of experience supporting major biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies tackle innovative and complex industry challenges. In particular, he was a managing director at Bionest Partners, a life sciences consulting firm, where he occupied positions in Europe and the US. Olivier earned an MS in Management from EM-Lyon Business School and an MS in Molecular Biology from Polytech Clermont-Ferrand.
