Raheel is an organizational change management expert with over 19 years of experience leading, coaching and supporting complex transformational programs for large organizations across industries, geographies, staffing and revenue models.
Raheel has nearly two decades of organizational change management expertise guiding organizations of all sizes through strategic transformation initiatives. He is a trusted adviser to leadership teams, helping them redesign future-looking operating models, design large-scale training and development programs, and nurture a change-ready workforce.
Throughout his career, Raheel has:
- Led change enablement initiatives for multiple, multiyear programs ranging in budget from $2 million to $500 million.
- Overseen the development of an organizational design and workforce playbook for a large nonprofit health organization, successfully architecting a new centrally managed organization and operating model with increased efficiency, predictable growth and adjustment channels for over 3,000 stakeholders.
- Co-led a human resources information technology (HRIT) assessment and recommendation for a Fortune 500 professional services company that impacted more than 375,000 employees.
Prior to joining Huron, Raheel was a client engagement Director at HMHS, Highmark (BSBC). He led the organizational change management client engagement team of more than 30 practitioners. He has also held organizational change management roles at Accenture, Cognizant and IBM.
Raheel is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
