Rajan is a seasoned performance improvement executive with more than 25 years of experience leading and delivering transformative performance improvement initiatives for health systems, academic medical centers, children's hospitals and large multispecialty medical groups.
Rajan specializes in financial management, strategic planning and organizational transformation and has helped redesign shared service functions and develop financial models to forecast financial performance, improve organizational efficiency and create sustainable business models for healthcare clients for nearly three decades. He specializes in organizational restructuring, shared services consolidation, strategic and financial planning, market share growth initiatives, service line planning, mergers and acquisitions, and labor productivity improvement. Rajan has led numerous complex projects in the areas of sustainable revenue growth and cost reduction, with sustainable financial benefits ranging from $40 million to $140 million.
Throughout his career, Rajan has:

Prior to joining Huron, Rajan served as a senior managing director for FIT Health Solutions, where he was responsible for the performance improvement service line.
