Randy is a highly accomplished C-suite executive with more than 30 years of success working with organizations to transform their technology environments and optimize business processes to achieve long-term growth. He currently specializes in helping higher education institutions adopt and integrate Workday’s product suite.
Throughout his career, Randy has advised numerous client engagements with profit and loss management, global operations (including mergers and acquisitions), strategy, IT and business process outsourcing, enterprise software optimization and SaaS systems integration.
Prior to joining Huron, Randy led Workday’s education and government division, where he was responsible for software sales, professional services and strategic alliances. Before joining Workday, he held multiple senior leadership roles within IBM’s Global Business Services unit, supporting clients with transformation advisory, data analytics and application management initiatives.
Previously, Randy served the Unisys Corporation in the roles of corporate executive vice president and president of global industries and corporate senior vice president and president of global outsourcing and infrastructure services. He also served as a managing partner for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he developed the global ERP practice.
Randy is a member of the board of Curvature, a global IT leader in independent, multivendor support, IT services and data center equipment.
