Steven is a Managing Director in Huron’s Healthcare Industry People, Strategy and Operations Practice. He advises organizations on transforming their human capital strategies to support sustainable growth and future success. Steven works with Boards of Directors and senior management teams as they use data analytics to define and implement cost reduction and operational efficiency programs, while redesigning totals rewards programs and human resources processes to drive growth.
Steven has 30 years of experience advising organizations in human capital strategy, operations and implementation. He spent almost 10 years as a labor, employment and benefits litigator before entering the human capital consulting field. During his time in consulting, he has advised Boards of Directors and senior management teams at some of the largest companies and healthcare organizations in the world. Prior to joining Huron, Steven was a Partner in other consulting firms, where he focused on redesigning Total Rewards programs and improving human resource functions policies, procedures, processes and governance. He goes beyond benchmarking to provide strategic advice and then implementation assistance, with a key focus on creating sustainable change in organizations.
