About Susan

Susan’s career in healthcare service spans over 28 years, including over 19 years of systems consulting. She has extensive expertise working with healthcare executives, physicians and staff to implement and successfully adopt new healthcare information systems, leading everything from vendor selection to meaningful use initiatives, legacy system support and information technology (IT) resource management.

Over the course of her career, Susan has led or facilitated complex technology implementations and training efforts for nearly 100 healthcare organizations across the U.S. She is passionate about application legacy support experienced in managing numerous electronic health record (EHR) platforms, including Cerner, Siemens, McKesson, MEDITECH and Epic. The projects she oversees help healthcare providers increase efficiency, capture millions of dollars in savings and ultimately elevate the quality of their patient care.

Prior to joining Huron, Susan was a practice director and executive consultant at HSM Consulting. She has also held leadership roles at Mountain States Health Alliance, Perot Systems and ACS Healthcare Solutions.
