With nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry consisting of combined clinical, hospital, medical practice and public health focus and including 25 years in leadership, Tammy has been recognized for understanding the significant challenges facing executive leaders, physicians and healthcare boards in today’s rapidly changing environment and unique cultural arenas. It’s Tammy’s clinical and population health background that elevates her work with executives. Her work to strengthen leadership, enhance market presence and ensure patient safety, in parallel with improving value, physician/staff engagement and creating better places to receive care, has become the hallmark of her work at Studer Group.
Having personally worked with more than 300 healthcare organizations, Tammy leads Studer Group national systems and federal healthcare efforts and has expertise in a variety of profit, not for profit, safety net and government arenas, including DOD, FQHC, IHS & VA. She has been involved in government policy improvements and prides herself on serving those who have borne the battle. She has been recognized as a trusted advisor to many of the country’s largest healthcare systems’ executives, applying evidence-based leadership principles, strategically readying for disruption and sharing her vast knowledge of national best practices.
Today, Tammy serves as a Vice President within Studer Group, helping executives innovate and take their leaders and organization to the next level. Tammy is the recipient of multiple Studer Group pillar awards.
