The Opportunity
Huron is proud to offer a unique opportunity to undergraduate students who are graduating in 2024, 2025, and 2026 who self-identify as African American/Black, Latinx/Hispanic, and Native American or have shown a commitment to diversity and inclusion efforts in their school or local community. Our professional development boot camp gives students the chance to learn more about what it takes to succeed in today’s business climate and excel in professional settings.
Selected students will be provided with insight into Huron and meet senior leaders, council members from our diversity boards, and current consultants, who will cultivate an open learning space for students to acquire valuable transferable skills. The boot camp starts on Friday, July 29, and attendees will meet weekly through August 19.
Through our four-week series, you will:
- Develop your personal brand and learn how to communicate your skills, passions, and experiences.
- Refine your resume and hone your interview skills with expert advice from the Huron talent acquisition team.
- Better understand your leadership style and how it can help you along your career path.
- Gain tips on wellness and work-life balance that can help you succeed in undergrad and beyond.
