Implementing Salesforce as a Unified CRM Solution
The Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin Business School (WashU Olin) needed an integrated technology solution that would support not only recruitment but also corporate relations, executive education programs, and the research and career centers — all while housing the subsequent data into a single system of record.
WashU Olin selected Salesforce for its unified customer relationship management (CRM) solution and Huron as its implementation adviser. Together, WashU Olin and Huron rolled out the project in four phases, with the first beginning in early 2018. Each phase built additional functionalities that allowed WashU Olin to track its data more effectively and improve key functionalities across the university while enhancing the continuity of business processes, enabling staff to better serve prospective and incoming students.
