Huron was engaged by the industry leading manufacturer of roof trusses, floor trusses, and building components for major wood-framed projects to develop a strategic plan for the its Board of Directors.
Huron performed data review/analysis, customer conversations, and management interviews to identify market areas, customers, and product areas that could be target areas for growth. The strategic plan included analyses in the following areas: SWOT, competitor, customer, sales force and segmentation, and included a set of initiatives aimed at assisting the client to grow.
