The University of California, Berkeley recently embarked on an ambitious project to reshape their current financial system by upgrading their technology to the latest version of PeopleSoft Financials and implementing the full Grants Suite of modules to manage the $730 Million in external funding the university receives annually. With limited funds and an aggressive timeline driven by aging legacy systems, the university partnered with Huron to become one of the first public institutions to go live on PeopleSoft version 9.2 and implement the full suite of PeopleSoft grants to automate post award research administration.
In addition, Berkeley retired over 20% of their financial system modifications, introduced significant new functionality and deployed new business processes to increase both efficiency and internal controls.
During this webinar our speakers will discuss their 9.2 journey, including the twists and turns encountered, the secrets to success for this large public university and the new value the university has gained as a result of this project.Watch Webinar
