Student Employability Top of Mind in Recent Harvard EdCast
The Harvard Graduate School of Education’s EdCast: College and Business recently interviewed Huron managing director Peter Stokes in a podcast examining new models for integrating study and work.
Stokes discussed how curricular and co-curricular experiences have a positive impact on career outcomes, while encouraging employers to engage and partner with universities to foster work-readiness programs and student employability.
Stokes also noted that across the board, colleges and universities are starting to focus their efforts on matching their academic rigor with equally-as-rigorous career-preparation programs to boost their marketability to prospective students.
