Amit has over 25 years of experience in strategy development, digital transformation, finance, consulting, practice development, business unit profit and loss (P&L) management, C-level advisory, and global transformations.
Amit is a certified public accountant (CPA) who brings a unique blend of business and functional expertise, including experience in accounting, tax, audit, consolidation, and reporting as well as end-to-end optimization of business processes.
His extensive experience includes:
- Leading a business process reengineering and close optimization program for an organization to attain a world-class close of three to five days. Amit advised on automation optimization, AI strategies, and the modernization of various business processes in record to report, procure to pay, hire to retire, and project to reporting. He provided guidance on e-commerce, customer relationship management (CRM), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to optimize processes.
- Helping clients implement best-in-class processes aided by modern solutions and successfully developing information technology and business strategies (including mergers and acquisitions) to support these transformations.
- Working with complex multigeneration and multiphase migrations of business processes and transformations.
- Providing consulting expertise through total cost of ownership and cloud migration assessments; process and digital platform improvement and implementations; and end-to-end integration of client systems and platforms.
