About Bill
Bill has more than three decades of experience working with financial institutions to understand their business requirements and needs and to define, architect and deliver transformative technology solutions. He has served as the advisory and program lead for numerous C-suite offices, focusing on ERP, EPM, enterprise risk management (ERM) and analytics optimization efforts for midmarket, regional and global financial institutions. He has specific expertise in enhancing organizational structure, processes and technology to address emerging risk and finance compliance mandates against internal pressures for cost reductions and profit optimization. He also delivers workshops and course instruction on financial services industry and business solutions.
Prior to joining Huron, Bill was the global financial services Oracle strategy and solutions lead for Accenture. In this role, he brought together Oracle and Accenture capabilities and solutions to solve complex industry requirements for clients. Previously, Bill spent over 15 years at Oracle as a global industry solution director, serving as a trusted client adviser on large complex opportunities and projects.
Bill is a frequent attendee of various financial services industry conferences for finance, risk, data, advanced analytics and banking innovation, including the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Oracle Industry Connect, the Association for Management Information in Financial Services (AMIfs), Oracle OpenWorld, Sibos and Finovate. He has presented at various conferences on topics including finance and risk, cloud transformations, industry compliance and Oracle-specific solutions.
William holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego.
