He collaborates with senior leadership to develop innovative solutions that align technology with business goals, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Throughout his financial services advisory career, David has:
- Guided clients through complex operational and digital transformations, including international market expansions, business divestitures, merger and acquisition (M&A) integrations, enterprise modernizations, and AI-driven initiatives.
- Managed risk and compliance programs for global banks, delivering impactful results for clients across the Americas and other global regions.
- Advised on the implementation of advanced reporting platforms and AI-driven compliance tools to meet evolving regulatory expectations.
Previously, David served as managing director, regulatory compliance, mortgage, and operations solutions at Treliant, which was acquired by Huron in 2025. Prior to Treliant, he held leadership roles in the risk and compliance transformation office at Citibank and with top global consulting companies and investment banks.
David earned a Master of Science in telecommunications engineering management from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and computer science from the University of Montpellier in France. He is a certified financial risk manager (FRM). He is also a senior charter member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and is affiliated with the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and International Association for Quantitative Finance (IAQF).
