Huron’s 10 employee resource groups, or iMatter teams, are led by employee feedback and provide opportunities to connect with those who share a common interest, interact with others to learn more about their perspectives and enable you to make positive change within Huron and the communities we serve.

Our philanthropic efforts provide additional community service opportunities and pro bono work to organizations that align with our goals, including supporting work-study programs for underrepresented communities through partnerships with universities and other diversity-focused organizations.
