About Colin
As a senior director, Colin is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of Huron’s revenue cycle product implementation and revenue cycle analytics teams. He oversees the technical and data analyses for all revenue cycle engagements and provides technology solutions to clients with a focus on both value and sustainability.
Throughout his tenure with Huron, Colin has:
- Built and led the clinical operations product services team, which centralized technical experts from both technical support services and production implementation into a single service line-oriented group. This team tripled in size in its first two years and continues to deliver technology solutions to Huron’s clinical operations team.
- Created the Huron major clients team, which partners with Huron’s client services group to provide support and implementation services to large multifacility organizations navigating the technical complexities of health information system (HIS) conversions.
- Served as a product implementation manager and worked in both technical support services as well as product implementation. His teams have installed and supported Huron’s Trac®, Ontrac®, Aeos® and Patient Progression software.
Before joining Huron, Colin was a senior director with the Advisory Board Company, where he led the product implementation and support teams focused on the delivery of the OptiLink staffing and acuity management platform. Before moving into healthcare consulting, Colin was a founder and director of Pinacor Inc., (now CBS MarketWatch/Dow Jones licensing services — a division of Dow Jones).
Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from Columbia University.
