Paul provides customer relationship management and business intelligence expertise to clients across various industries, enabling them to ensure the success of business goals. He helps organizations improve customer service, field service, workforce effectiveness, marketing, mobility, and customer and partner self-service portals.
Prior to joining Huron, Paul served as the global head for the Salesforce life sciences and energy, resources, and utilities business unit at Tata Consultancy Services. He had previously served as the Americas head of the Salesforce practice at Tata. Paul also held management consultant roles at IBM and PwC.
Paul earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science from the New York Institute of Technology.
