Based in Switzerland, he has almost 20 years of experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies for leading European businesses. Thomas guides clients across a variety of sectors in strategy and innovation, organizational transformation and new business models to achieve higher growth.

Thomas has nearly two decades of experience helping a wide range of clients effectively address growth strategies, strategic transformation, portfolio optimization, disruptive business models, and innovation. In the context of today’s disruptive world and increasing customer empowerment, he is passionate about helping companies navigate uncertainty and shape their successful future.
Before joining Innosight, Thomas served as a partner at EY-Parthenon, where he was a leader in the strategy and consumer goods practice of the firm. Prior to his consulting work, Thomas held the managing director position at CARMA, a global premium pastry ingredients business of Barry Callebaut. Under Thomas’s leadership, the business was successfully rejuvenated and repositioned for profitable growth. He was also an investment manager with Jacobs Holding, a global professional investment firm.
Thomas holds a master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen and a doctorate from the University of Amsterdam, where he developed a behavioral theory of active ownership in family businesses.
