Brad is a transformational leader across the Oracle Cloud suite of products for human resources (HR), finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and supply chain, with an emphasis on human capital management (HCM). He has spent over 20 years helping enterprise clients transform their businesses by building tailored strategies and road maps, designing and implementing across the Oracle Cloud platform with an AI-first lens. Brad has led more than 35 thought leadership speaking sessions on multiple topics across HR, finance, supply chain, and clinical trials at speaking sessions and conferences such as HR Tech, Oracle, Collaborate, and Gartner.
One of Brad’s areas of expertise and passion is the intersection of HR and finance, where he aligns business strategy with workforce strategy to support capabilities such as strategic workforce planning. This work helps organizations become more nimble and build future-ready skills with an AI-first lens. His experience spans various industries, including healthcare, higher education, life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, retail, high tech, consumer packaged goods, and aerospace and defense. With his robust background in sales, strategy, operations, and Oracle-enabled transformation projects, Brad has helped clients reduce overall customer operating costs while improving productivity, efficiency, risk management, and visibility into real-time data to make business decisions.
Prior to joining Huron, Brad served as a Senior Director at Baker Tilly, where he had multiple leadership roles across sales, strategy, delivery, and operations for the Oracle Cloud practice. Prior to that, Brad spent over 15 years working at Taleo, which was acquired by Oracle, and he helped the Oracle product team with the talent suite transition and strategy from Taleo to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Brad earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor's degree from Tulane University.
