Jofi brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex business and digital transformation initiatives, with expertise in program and portfolio management, project management office (PMO) strategy, finance, and technology. She helps organizations establish the governance, prioritization, and execution disciplines needed to manage large transformation portfolios, including cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise performance management (EPM), and human capital management (HCM) programs.
About Jofi
Jofi works with organizations to design and strengthen project management offices and transformation governance models that improve prioritization, resource planning, decision making, and execution. Her experience also includes finance transformation, reporting and analytics, business process improvement, and aligning technology investments with operational priorities.
She has led large-scale strategic programs, developed intake and prioritization processes, coordinated resource planning, and built governance models that help organizations manage interdependent initiatives with greater consistency and visibility. Jofi also brings expertise in strategic and operational planning, data quality, forecasting and budgeting, and reporting and analytics. Her work has included managing global and cross-functional teams across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and India.
Across Jofi’s career, she has:
- Managed the intake, assessment, prioritization, planning, and execution of more than 170 programs and projects across a large finance portfolio, coordinating approximately 63 full-time equivalent commitments across 300 associates.
- Built a center of excellence that provided training and advisory support to strengthen project management capabilities across a finance shared services organization.
- Led a finance transformation initiative that strengthened cross-functional collaboration and helped the organization achieve a 10-day financial close.
- Directed the development of a centralized finance portal and more than 200 reports for management, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and regulatory purposes, improving access to financial information across business units.
- Implemented approximately $2 million in innovation initiatives with more than 50 strategic and preferred suppliers and developed post-contract vendor management toolkits to improve ongoing supplier oversight.
Jofi joined Huron as a Director in 2020. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade at Nationwide, where she held senior roles across supplier relationship management, travel management, external workforce management, finance portfolio management, and program delivery. Earlier in her career, she held consulting and technology roles spanning business development, analytics, process improvement, enterprise systems, and implementation.
Jofi earned a Master of Science in Principles and Practices of Management and Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Poona. She is a Level 1 Certified Professional in Supply Management.
