He has a proven ability to navigate the complexities of global markets, leveraging data-driven insights, technology, and strategic execution to drive impactful business outcomes.
Throughout his career, Vivek has:
- Advised multinational enterprises on optimizing operations, through process re-engineering, organizational structure optimization, automation, and artificial intelligence.
- Overseen multicountry go-to-market transformations focused on increasing revenue and enhancing customer experiences.
- Driven measurable results and outcomes from programs of work through a holistic approach to process, people, technology, and change management.
- Built and executed multiyear growth strategies, both for startups (“zero to one”) and scale-ups (“one to two”) by executing go-to-market plans and managing cross-functional teams to exceed business goals.
Prior to joining Huron in 2023, Vivek held leadership roles at Salesforce, where he spearheaded growth strategies and customer success initiatives. Before that, he worked at MSCI (formerly Morgan Stanley Capital International) and Barclays Capital, gaining deep expertise in financial services, technology, and consulting.
Vivek holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and economics from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
