How do I claim my continuing education (CE) credits?

At the conclusion of the conference, we will request information for CE credit documentation via the overall conference evaluation. You will be provided with a customizable certificate of attendance that you may complete and submit to your licensing agency for documentation of credit. Please visit our CE page for additional details about Huron’s joint accreditation.

What are the accommodation arrangements?

Discounted room pricing is available for only $199 (plus applicable taxes and fees) per night when booked before July 18, 2022. What are the health and safety requirements for in-person attendance?*

Huron is committed to keeping the health and safety of our attendees at the forefront of our conference planning. Current health and safety requirements for in-person attendance at What’s Right in Health Care® are aligned with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the state of Illinois, Cook County, and the city of Chicago.

Face coverings and proof of vaccination are not required for guests. Per the policy of Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, face coverings are no longer required for fully vaccinated hotel associates.

What is the dress code?

The conference dress code is business casual — be comfortable! We do suggest that you bring a sweater or jacket to ensure your personal comfort, as meeting rooms are sometimes cool.

Will you accommodate my special dietary needs?

Yes. Please indicate any dietary restrictions as requested within your registration profile or email them to conferences@hcg.com.

What are the nearest airports and available transportation options?

Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is 15 miles from the conference location. Taxi, rideshare, and public transportation details are below. Additional transportation information is available here.

  • Taxi stands are located on the lower level curb front (outside of baggage claim) at each terminal.
  • Loading zones for rideshare services are at the following locations:
    • Terminal 2 — Waiting area upper level between Door 2A and Door 2D
      • Black Zone A — Outside north of Vestibule 2A
      • Blue Zone B — Outside Vestibule 2A
      • Orange Zone C — Outside Vestibule 2B
      • Green Zone D — Outside Vestibule 2D

        Passengers should wait in the specific colored zones until their rideshare arrives to the same colored zone before proceeding to the designated pickup location. A waiting area inside is available between vestibules 2A and 2D.
      • Terminal 5 — Waiting area lower level Door 5B
      • Uber Black will pick up on the lower level

What are the parking arrangements?

Valet parking is available at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile for $71 per day. Off-site public parking is available at the Rush-Ohio-Wabash (ROW) parking garage located 0.1 miles away. Additional information and pricing available here.

What are the technology requirements for virtual participation?

To participate in the virtual conference, you will need a computer or mobile device with strong internet access and audio/video capabilities. For the best viewing experience, Google Chrome is the recommended web browser. For additional technical viewing requirements, please visit our virtual conference video test page.

What sessions will be available for virtual participants?

Virtual participants will have access to all main stage and keynote presentations and a selection of breakout presentations broadcast via livestream, Aug. 8-10. Recordings of all livestreamed sessions will be available, on demand, for 30 days following the live event.
