Andy Parker

Andy heads the Singapore office for Innosight, Huron’s strategy and innovation business, where he has advised leaders of some of the world’s most recognizable brands. His work focuses on helping clients create a competitive advantage through long-term growth strategies, innovation capabilities and culture.

About Andy

Andy is the head of Innosight’s Singapore office. With more than 15 years of strategy consulting experience, he has led numerous projects for multinational and regional companies across several Asian and Australasian markets.

During his time at Innosight, Andy has been focused on helping clients develop long-term growth strategies, manage transformation, design new disruptive growth businesses and build enduring innovation capabilities and culture.

Before joining Innosight in 2013, Andy was a member of Accenture’s Innovation Center in Singapore, where he designed and delivered breakthrough sessions for clients on their most important strategic issues and opportunities. Prior to that, he spent five years in London working in Accenture’s global strategy group. There, he worked on many transformational and strategic projects for consumer goods and services clients.

Andy is a frequent speaker and author on the topics of business innovation, disruption and sustainable growth. He is the co-author of the upcoming Harvard Business Publishing book, Eat, Sleep, Innovate: How to Make Creativity an Everyday Habit Inside Your Organization.
