He has a breadth of expertise helping organizations elevate the people, processes and systems that power their finance, human resources and budgeting functions.

About Jason

Jason is a senior leader who specializes in helping healthcare and higher education organizations improve performance and achieve growth through people, process and technology transformation. He has led more than 35 large-scale process improvement and technology initiatives across functional areas, from finance and human resources to research, business intelligence and budgeting.

Throughout his career, Jason has worked with hospital and university leadership teams to assess their enterprise administrative applications, created detailed road maps for process and technology improvements, and built business cases for funding transformation investments. He has also provided program oversight for a variety of Oracle and Workday implementations at universities, academic health systems, specialty hospitals, community hospitals and large health systems.

Jason is a member of numerous professional associations, including the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He’s also a frequent speaker at healthcare and higher education user group events.
