Kris Ann is a national speaker and trusted coach to healthcare organizations across the country. She collaborates with healthcare leaders to develop individual accountability and engagement strategies that generate operational excellence and improved patient outcomes.

Kris Ann’s approach to coaching centers on inspiring leaders to redefine their limits and remove the barriers that stand in the way of achieving their personal and professional goals. Throughout her career, she has delivered virtual coaching to a broad range of healthcare leaders, establishing practices to improve the patient experience and employee engagement. She specializes in using diagnostics and other data-driven approaches to identify individual areas for improvement and tailored coaching plans to address them.

Prior to joining Huron, Kris Ann spent over a decade at Kaleida Health, most recently serving as manager of service excellence and employee engagement.
