About Mark

At Huron, Mark leads teams implementing performance improvement initiatives and assists clients as they navigate challenging corporate restructuring situations. Mark has over 15 years’ experience helping clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, technology, aviation, mining and real estate.

Mark has deep experience with crisis management, balance sheet restructuring and recapitalization, and identification and implementation of operational restructuring initiatives. Successes include distressed debt renegotiation and rapid implementation of cost reduction initiatives. Mark is an experienced leader of company finance and treasury functions.

Prior to Huron, Mark served as senior director at Alvarez & Marsal, a management consulting firm, based in Los Angeles and Hong Kong. He held the role of senior manager in the restructuring group of a Big Four firm in Los Angeles.

Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and commerce from the University of Adelaide in South Australia. He is a certified insolvency and restructuring adviser and a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
