Pat Greco

Pat served for nearly four decades in public education and brings that hands-on experience to her work helping schools improve their system capacity, develop leaders and engage their teams. She is a recognized leader, consultant, presenter, executive coach and mentor.

About Pat

Pat is an education industry expert having spent almost 40 years in public teaching, principal and superintendent roles. A champion of continuous improvement, she has extensive training in tools and processes that help transform outcomes for students, staff and school systems.

A first-generation college graduate, Pat is passionate about building leadership and strength at every level of the educational organization.

Prior to joining Studer Education, Pat was the superintendent in Wisconsin’s School District of Menomonee Falls, where she was responsible for growing teacher and leadership capacity, improving student performance from at-risk to top decile, and creating an environment that was named a top workplace for six consecutive years. results valued by the communities she served. Pat has received numerous recognition for her leadership, including the Carnegie Foundation Spotlight Organizations Award, Wisconsin Superintendent of the Year from the School Superintendents Association and the Wisconsin Policy Forum’s lifetime achievement award.
