She has a strong track record of helping large healthcare organizations exceed and sustain top quartile and decile employee engagement result, as well as reduce organizational and nursing turnover rates.
Prior to joining Huron, Stephanie worked in operations as both a call center manager and as a clinic manager of a multispecialty clinic. She has also been a customer service training manager and internal improvement coach, successfully building high-functioning teams and strengthening individual performance across clinical and nonclinical staff.
