Chris provides digital transformation, growth strategy, and integration expertise to banks and financial services organizations. He works with executive teams to modernize platforms, improve operational performance, and execute complex transformation initiatives that support long-term growth.
With more than 20 years of experience, Chris has led large-scale programs across payments, cards, retail and commercial banking, and financial technology. His work spans digital platform modernization, enterprise change initiatives, and merger integration efforts. He brings a practical, results-oriented approach focused on aligning technology investments with business outcomes and client experience.
Throughout his career, Chris has:
- Led integration and transformation efforts for major bank mergers and platform conversions, including serving as lead integration partner for one of the largest financial services mergers since the 2009 financial crisis, coordinating Day 1 readiness, conversion execution, and enterprisewide transformation activities.
- Directed the restructuring of a data and application support agreement from staff augmentation to an outcome-based partnership for a major U.S. automotive lender.
- Directed the development of an AI Center of Excellence for a large financial services organization.
- Designed and implemented payment, card, and onboarding capabilities, enabling financial institutions to scale operations, improve customer experience, and support growth strategies for a top 10 U.S. bank.
- Directed digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives across top U.S. financial institutions, improving platform performance, client onboarding, and service delivery through coordinated technology and business process changes.
- Led enterprise change and large-scale program execution efforts, including application rationalization, data center transformation, and test strategy development to support complex system conversions.
Prior to joining Huron, Chris served in several leadership roles at NTT DATA, most recently as Vice President and Co-Head of Banking and Financial Services. In that role, he led a major business segment with responsibility for growth strategy, client development, and alliance-driven expansion across financial institutions. Earlier, he held roles as Consulting Managing Director and Head of Growth, where he led complex client engagements and drove new client acquisition.
Before NTT DATA, Chris held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, where he led product, release, and testing initiatives across commercial card and retail banking platforms, supporting large-scale system migrations and enterprise transformation efforts.
Chris serves as Board President of Riverside Swim Club.
