Desiree has two decades of experience leading process improvement and cultural transformation efforts in complex health organizations across the United States and Canada. She has a successful track record of executing patient flow design, change & diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and tool implementations. Desiree has worked in community hospitals, academic medical centers, multi-facility systems, and federal government settings, and in Epic, Cerner, Oracle, Workday, and Meditech shops. She is a certified executive coach, published author, DEI expert, national speaker, and certified change management professional, delivering expertise in organizational change, leadership, and inclusion techniques.
Desiree currently leads change management and leadership, speaking, and executive coaching endeavors in Huron’s Healthcare Consulting Services. This includes conducting assessments to identify transformational opportunities, overseeing multifaceted change management initiatives, delivering keynote speeches, building strategic partnerships, and coaching executives. She’s passionate about expanding diversity awareness, elevating cultural competency, executing sustainable change, and building resilient leaders.
