Hannah brings extensive experience in revenue cycle and managed services operations, working with academic medical centers and national health systems to drive meaningful financial and operational outcomes. She has led improvements across revenue cycle operations, clinical denials management, and provider and payer relationships to align goals and deliver results.
Hannah is also a leader in digital and insights solutions, implementing revenue cycle workflow and analytics tools and helping advance revenue cycle intelligent automation and AI capabilities.
Across her career, Hannah has:
- Led a revenue cycle transformation effort for a national for-profit health system with more than 20 hospitals, delivering more than $150 million in cash improvement.
- Designed and implemented a multiyear operating model transformation for a $4 billion multistate health system, including insourcing revenue cycle operations, building centralized services, creating a global workforce model, and strengthening revenue cycle partnerships across clinical, managed care, and finance, resulting in $100 million cash improvement.
- Served as interim revenue cycle leader for a large West Coast system, overseeing billing, collections, cash posting, credits, and self-pay/customer service functions.
- Created the robotic process automation (RPA) program for a large nonprofit health system, launching 18 live processes to automate 126,000 monthly touches across supply chain, revenue cycle, and finance.
Hannah earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
