Jon provides complex program delivery expertise of Oracle enterprise solutions to manufacturing clients across a wide range of industries, including material handling systems, medical devices, high tech, and apparel. He enables them to increase stakeholder value through transformations that drive operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve financial reporting and transparency. Jon guides organizations in implementing change strategies that harmonize process and technology transformations with the people they impact, driving sustainable success.
Throughout his career, Jon has:
- Led the implementation of Oracle supply chain applications for a federally funded semiconductor researcher and manufacturer to improve planning, scheduling, procurement, inventory management, costing, and financial reporting/transparency, resulting in improvements to regulatory compliance, cost recovery, and operational controls.
- Provided oversight and advisory services to the chief financial officer of a large government contractor and manufacturer of aerospace supplies and equipment during a multiyear implementation of Oracle Cloud applications, integrated with core Oracle on-premise manufacturing applications. Jon’s guidance helped to ensure the implementation team followed appropriate methodologies and safeguards to reduce overall program risk.
- Led the deployment of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, and Order Management applications for a medical device manufacturer as a result of an acquisition. The program was delivered on schedule and on budget despite unique challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Led several implementations, upgrades, and deployments of Oracle Applications solutions throughout North America for a leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of material handling systems. Jon led strategic, complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) programs spanning financials and supply chain solutions, contributing to the client’s recurring double-digit growth, which led to its acquisition by one of the world’s largest industrial conglomerates.
- Led the redesign of corporate IT project management office (PMO) processes and procedures for a regional utility whose core enterprise applications ran on Oracle solutions, providing direct input and guidance to the chief information officer on several key initiatives.
- Served as Oracle ERP program manager for a manufacturer of environmental control units to the U.S. military, leading the enterprisewide implementation of Oracle Applications, including Financials, Projects, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment.
Prior to joining Huron, Jon served as a managing director at AXIA Consulting (AXIA), which was acquired by Huron in 2024. He also held the role of ERP program manager at DRS Keco Industries and was a senior manager at Accenture.
Jon earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.
Jon is the co-founder and former president of the Ohio Valley Oracle Applications and Technology User Group (OVOATUG). At the national level, Jon volunteered as chairperson on two committees of the Oracle Applications and Technology User Group (OATUG).
