Mark supports global organizational transformation by providing a comprehensive perspective on end-to-end digital transformation. With 30 years of experience, he has led the global building and scaling of Oracle-enabled technology solutions that help clients navigate complex digital transformations and extract enhanced value from their investments.
He brings deep experience across enterprise resource planning (ERP), finance and supply chain transformation, and large-scale technology programs. Mark has served as an engagement lead, program lead, and solution architect on global transformation initiatives, helping organizations improve operational performance, modernize systems, and align technology with business strategy.
Mark has worked extensively across private, public, and financial services sectors, delivering complex, multicountry transformation programs and supporting clients through periods of significant change. His approach combines strategic perspective with practical execution, ensuring that transformation efforts translate into measurable outcomes.
Throughout his career, Mark has:
- Led an Oracle Procurement implementation for a global telecommunications provider, streamlining procurement channels and delivering approximately £85 million in working capital savings within the first year.
- Directed a global Oracle Cloud ERP transformation for a consumer products organization, consolidating 43 legacy ERP instances across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) into a single platform within 12 months and eliminating spreadsheet-based financial consolidation.
- Led the migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Cloud for a global airline, reducing annual run costs by approximately £1 million and improving operational efficiency.
- Implemented Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) for a global transportation company, replacing spreadsheet-driven financial consolidation and reducing close cycle time.
- Led the implementation of a national COVID-19 track and trace supply chain program for a government health agency, supporting operations across more than 200 sites and serving approximately 60 million people.
- Directed a large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation for a global financial institution, replacing a highly customized PeopleSoft environment to support scalability and modern financial operations for a $1 trillion asset organization.
Prior to joining Huron, Mark held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, where he served as a Partner and led the Oracle business across the U.K. and EMEA. In that role, he was responsible for a large global team and oversaw the delivery of Oracle-enabled transformation programs across multiple industries. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Sutherland, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and other consulting organizations, focusing on digital transformation, enterprise technology strategy, and large-scale program delivery.
Mark earned a Master of Science from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Science from De Montfort University.
