Ed Griffin is currently Executive Director HR & OD at South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust. He has previously worked at a number of organizations including the British Trust, CM Sports and Entertainment, and Roffey Park, and has strengthened organizational transformations by helping senior leaders to deliver with greater impact.
